Needle Mover is provided by Ethos Performance Systems LLC. By using it you agree to these terms.
Needle Mover gives your AI a set of questions to walk through before it recommends a choice, and saves each decision to your account. It helps you think; the decision and what you do with it are yours. It is not legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.
You sign in with a passkey. Keep your devices and personal keys safe; anyone holding a personal key can use your account until you disconnect it on your account page.
Your decisions belong to you. We store them to provide the service and do not sell them. If you turn on sharing, a rewritten version without identifying details is shown to other paid users until you stop sharing. See what we keep on the privacy page.
The paid plan is $100 a month, billed through Stripe, and renews until you cancel. Cancel any time from "Upgrade or manage your plan"; you keep paid features until the end of the period you paid for.
Do not use Needle Mover to break the law, to harm others, or to overload or attack the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Ethos Performance Systems LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last twelve months.
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will say so on this page before it takes effect.
